INGREDIENTS: 4 to 8 tomatoes - quantity depending on the size of each tomato 9 oz. of clean Spinach packed and sealed in a plastic pouch (not the frozen kind) 40,000 heat units of Cayenne (1-capsule) 1/2 to 1 table spoon of sea salt (Real Salt from Utah recommended) garlic powder (not garlic salt) - roughly 1/2 to 1 teaspoon 1/2 to 1 lemon (minute maid frozen lemon may be substituted) 1 table spoon of olive oil up to 3-table spoons of honey
EQUIPMENT: Powerful blender such as Vita-Mix
SEQUENCE: (1) cut tomatoes into 8-12 pieces each, work in blender for 1-minute at half speed (2) slowly put spinach into blender while it is running at 3/4 speed (3) run blender near full speed for about 1/2 minute (4) stop blender for 1/2 minute, then restart to run close to half speed (5) open 1-capsule of cayenne, put contents into blender (continue at half speed) (6) add sea salt, garlic powder, lemon, olive oil, and honey (7) let blender continue near half speed (or less) for 1/2 minute.
Now ready to eat like a soup. Do not heat it up, mixture must remain at room temperature. Enjoy the full flavor.
